The Owl's appearance in SUFSM 16 is missing from his chronology.

OK, now I think I know why the Owl's appearance in SUFSM 16 wasn't listed. In SUFSM 17:

Owl: As does the Chameleon. The Tinkerer and his LMDs, always useful. I'm surprised our Russian friend didn't suss out your plan as well but then he doesn't know you like I do.
This suggests that the Owl in SUFSM 16 is an LMD the Owl sent in his place. But then shouldn't the Owl have a BTS in SUFSM 16?
