Dr Strange in NA:Illuminati 4

Dr Strange has:-
ORDER 4-6

NA:ILLUM2 4

But Invisible Woman and Mr Fantastic have a series of issues before NA:ILLUM2 4 running from ASM2 47 to SSM2 8. So Dr Strange should have NA:ILLUM2 4 after ASM2 46. (There's nothing peculiar about Spider-Man's ordering for this issue.)

Mr Fantastic has DD2 39 after NA:ILLUM2 4, which limits how far down I can move it for Dr Strange.

I can't find any solid reason for which side of T2 49 I should place it. But the X-treme X-Men Invasion to Avengers Standoff global chronology has T2 49 earlier so I'll go with that.
