I interpreted the two stories as separate. The creative team is the same, but the story set in the present (with the various flashbacks 24, 36, and 48 hours ago) concludes with a clear To Be Continued and then there is the promo for the next issue.
After that the last 4 pages are the story with Natasha, Clint and Snapdragon set "Many Years Ago" and they end with an additional To Be Continued. I see it as an independent serialized story set in the past and not a flashback.
