In C 27, Sinister is observing the other characters from the shadows. In summary form: "Little does Cable realize he is right… they are being watched by someone hiding in the shadows… Mr. Sinister! Sinister grins, and quietly mocks that everyone better takes their places… as the show is about to begin!" See: https://uncannyxmen.net/comics/issue/ca ... -series-27

In C 28, Sinister confirms that Sugarman's technology "was based on his own genetic handiwork". Sinister reveals to Cable that he was the mysterious benefactor who teleported Cable and Domino to Genosha. He informs Cable that he should be more reluctant to trust Domino, as she kept her past secret from him. Sinister congratulates Cable for ending the threat of the mutate bonding process. He pretty much claims that he has been manipulating Cable for quite a while, and has Cable ponder who was Sugarman's secret ally. After Sinister safely sends Cable and the unconcious Domino to their home, Sinister questions his agent Threnody about Nate Grey. She claims to have never heard of him. Sinister apparently suspects that she is lying, but promises that he and Threnody will soon find Nate. While secretly thinking on how to punish Threnody, Sinister examines Sugarman's drawing of Nate Grey. See: https://uncannyxmen.net/comics/issue/ca ... -series-28
