In DEF 104, Dr Strange meets with the Beast, who's been looking for him since DEF 103, some weeks earlier. Upon his return to the Sanctum in DEF 104, Wong informs him that the Beast has been looking for him, and Strange makes immediate enquiries to locate him. Dr Strange shouldn't make any appearances at the Sanctum between DEF 103 & 104. He's apparently been absent for some weeks. During DEF 103, Strange is with the Micronauts, but he must have had more (as yet undocumented) adventures after his stint with the Micronauts, and prior to his return to the Sanctum in DEF 104.
A comparison of Dr Strange's, Clea's, and Wong's chronologies reveals that we currently have DS2 47-48 listed between DEF 103 & 104, both of which have Strange at the Sanctum. There's an unspecified gap between DS2 47 & 48, which need to be separated and placed either side of DEF 103 & 104.
Also, the DS2 75 (8:5 - 9:3)-FB for Wong and Sara Wolfe appears to be Sara's recollection of the same conversation shown in DS2 47 (7:1 - 7:4), specifically the recollection in DS2 75 (8:5 - 9:1:1). The recollection in DS2 75 (9:1:2 - 9:3) would follow on immediately, between panels 7:4 & 7:5 of DS2 47.

In DEF 102, Clea tries to cure the paralyzed Nighthawk. Her friend Gargoyle mysteriously vanishes.
In DEF 103, Clea has spend a week in medidation, trying to locate Gargoyle. With Doctor Strange unavailable, she has recruited Devil-Slayer to bolster her powers with his sixth sense. She eventually finds Gargoyle and rescues him from some muggers. She recruits Hellcat and Valkyrie to join them in a mission in the abandoned city of Christianboro, Virginia. They fight Null the Living Darkness. Following the battle, Clea embraces Gargoyle.
In DS 47, Clea starts the issue with Strange. He is testing her ability to conjure the Rings of Raggador, but she is overhelmed when he uses the Crimson Bands of Cytorrak against her. Following this test, Strange starts Clea's second phase of training. Shortly after, they travel to Norcross, North Carolina for a mission. They fight Ikkon there.
The implication in the two Defenders stories is that Clea has had no interaction with Strange, and she is instead focusing most of her attention on her relationship with Gargoyle.

Re: Relative Positions of DS2 47-48 & DEF 103-104
Dimadick, i'm not sure if you're supporting the current chronology, or supporting my proposed changes, or perhaps what you've written may just be by way of providing additional information.
There's nothing in DS2 47 or DEF 103 that prevents the two issues from being swapped around, while the necessity of Dr Strange not appearing at the Sanctum between DEF 103 & 104 requires the move.
As you mentioned, Dr Strange is away during DEF 103, but there is no implication that Clea is pursuing a relationship with Gargoyle. Her actions in DEF 103 are quite simply those of a friend.
Clea even says as much when she hugs Gargoyle on page 3, happy at having found him after a search of some days. The final scene between the two has Clea simply putting an arm around him as a show of support.
