The Amazing Spider-Man vs. the Prodigy! (1976)

SYNOPSIS:
Webswinging through New York, Spidey comes across a group of young teens piling into a helicopter. Curious, he hitches a ride under the chopper to its destination, a mansion out in the woods. The mansion is owned by the Prodgy, an alien from the planet Intellectia in the Andromeda galaxy. The Prodigy has the power to control peoples’ minds through his voice, and he plans to spread misinformation throughout the country about pregnancy to young teens in order to cause a spike in teen pregnancies. Then he plans to kidnap the babies after they’re born and take them back to Intellectia to raise as slave labor. Spidey is able to figure out part of his scheme and prevents the Prodigy from broadcasting his pernicious message on tv. In the process, the Prodigy is exposed as an alien of some sort on live television.

NOTE:
Spidey captures the Prodigy and his guards, but there is no indication of what is done with them.

I would appreciate suggestions for where to place this story in Spidey’s chronology.
