As promised, I'll be going over the sequence from Secret Wars to Civil War II, but I decided to work on my own Civil War II sequence before doing so, seeing as you guys have so much placed between issues 0 and 1.

Looking at the Celestial Destructor fight sequence...
What you have as this:
NA4 12 (1-4)
CWII:GOW 1 (1-7)
CWII:CS 1/2 (1-8)
DP6 14 (1-10&11:1)
CWII:GOW 1 (8-14)
NA4 12 (5-8:4)
CWII 1 (3-9:4) (“weeks” after CWII 1 (1-2)) [late June]
NO6 8 (1&2:1-1&2:12)
CWII 1 (9:5-11:1) ~ NA4 12 (8:5-9) ~ NO6 8 (1&2:13-3&4:1) ~ DP6 14 (10&11:2-10&11:3)
CWII 1 (11:2-12&13:1)
CWII 1 (12&13:2) ~ NA4 12 (10:1)
NA4 12 (10:2-15)
CWII 1 (12&13:3-12&13:4)
NO6 8 (3&4:2-3&4:7)
CWII:CS 1/2 (9-10)
CWII:CS 1/3 (1)
DP6 14 (10&11:4-13)

I have as this:
NA4 12 (1-4) [an hour before battle]
DP6 14 (1-3:5) [Before battle]
CWII:GOW 1 (1-7) [Celestial destructor arrives]
CWII:CS 1/3 (1:1) [Celestial destructor over city]
CWII:CS 1/2 (1-8) [Night Thrasher helps on the streets, only ANAD Avengers and Cap Marvel around]
DP6 14 (3:6-10/11:1) [Deadpool takes his reinforcements up to help, seemingly no other heroes around]
CWII 1 (3-7) [ANAD Avengers do what they can, rest of heroes arrive]
NA4 12 (5-7) [Follows on from CWII 1 (3-7)]
CWII:GOW 1 (8-14) [Other heroes around, mid-battle]
NO6 8 (1/2:1-1/2:3) [Battle continues)
CWII 1 (8) ~ NO6 (1/2:4-1/2:12) [Carol "Everything in Place"]
CWII 1 (9:1-9:2) ~ NA4 12 (7:1-7:2) ["Can we just do this"]
NA4 12 (7:3-7:4) [Heroes almost overrun]
DP6 14 (10/11:2) [Sorcerers ready]
CWII 1 (9:3-9:4) [Sorcerers get in position]
CWII 1 (9:5) ~ NA4 12 (7:5-8:1) ~ NO6 8 (1/2:13) [Doc "Sorcerers, as we rehearsed"]
CWII 1 (10/11:1-10/11:5) ~ DP6 14 (10/11:3) ~ NA4 12 (8:2) ~ NO6 8 (3/4:1) [Spell does its thing]
CWII 1 (12/13:4) [Tony checks sky is clear] [Makes most sense here, out of sequence]
CWII 1 (12/13:2) ~ CWII:CS 1/3 (1:2) ~ NA4 12 (9:1) [Doc "The Celestial Destructor is gone"]
NA4 12 (9:2-14) [Immediately after battle]
NO6 8 (3/4:2-3/4:7) [Nova gets up right after battle]
CWII 1 (12/13:3) ~ CWII:CS 1/3 (1:3) [Nova flies to other heroes, Cap "Let's get down to the street"]
CWII:CS 1/3 (1:4) [Damage control arrives]
CWII:CS 1/2 (9-10) [Heroes helping with cleanup]
DP6 14 (10/11:4-13) [Civilians celebrating that the destructor is gone]

While some of this is me just being nitpicky with exact panels that overlap, there are some major corrections here, and this is the most logical thing. The only issue I found with this sequence is that Carol appears in CWII:CS 1/2 (1-8) before seeming to arrive in CWII 1 (3-7), however it is pretty clear in the first of these that at this point, early in the battle, she is just flying around and helping where she's needed, so I can definitely see her flying in with the other heroes when they turn up.

Also, I know you're not a fan of out of sequence stuff, but CWII 1 (12/13:4) only really works where it is, because if we have it in sequence, it would have to go after NA4 12 (9:3-14) as well as NO6 8 (3/4:2-3/4:7), as well as allowing enough time for Nova and Cap to rejoin the other heroes. We'd be looking at this being a minimum of 10ish minutes after the spell has worked, and you'd think that this is far too late for Tony to be checking if the skies are clear of hostiles...

I'll be following this up with my continued analysis of your CW2 sequence, before going through and looking at all the stuff leading up to the event.

Also, regardless of what you think of my sequence, you have NA4 12 (5-15) listed twice, remove the one between INTIM 4-FB and CWII 1 (14-17).

It's just been the two of us working on this, and i think both the Colonel and i were trying to get the most sense out of the whole event. The more people who get involved, the better. More eyes and brains working on the details can only be a good thing. :D

Agreed - that's a left-over from an earlier version of the list.

I think you've presented a pretty good panel by panel analysis. I haven't gone back over it myself, but looks like it makes sense. There are probably a few other battle sequences that will need more of a panel by panel breakdown, so go for it. I tend to go with slightly broader strokes to get more of a feel for the thing.

I've got the day after the Celestial Destructor's attack lined up like this:
Civil War II: Choosing Sides (2016) #1 [3rd Story] (p2-4)
International Iron Man (2016) #4 [FB]
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p14/15:1-14/15:4)
Captain America: Steve Rogers (2016) #5 (p4-5:6)
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p14/15:5-16:4)
Captain America: Steve Rogers (2016) #5 (p5:7)
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p16:5)
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p17:1) ~ Captain America: Steve Rogers (2016) #5 (p6:1-6:2)
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p17:2-17:7)
Nova (2016) #8 (p5-10)
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p18-20)
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p21:1-2)
Captain America: Steve Rogers (2016) #5 (p6:3)
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p21:3-21:6)
Captain America: Steve Rogers (2016) #5 (p6:4-6:7)
Civil War II (2016) #1 (p22-25)
Deadpool (2016) #14 (p14-17)
Nova (2016) #8 (p11-15)
Deadpool (2016) #14 (p18-20)
Captain America: Steve Rogers (2016) #5 (p7-8:4)
Civil War II: Choosing Sides (2016) #1 [3rd Story] (p5-9)

Not many changes here just more exact panel splits.
Looking at the party itself, while Civil War II says it's the next day, both the Nova and Deadpool issues have this taking place the same day as the fight. While I can see that the CW2 mini would be seen as the superior source, that is just an editorial note really, whereas the Nova issue has a lot of references to the fight 'today', and the
Deadpool issue would make more sense if the party was the same day. Your call really, wouldn't mean many changes at all.

CWII 2 (9-12) [Inhumans go to Triskelion]
UINHS 11 (1-6) [Continuation of confrontationd]
PATSYWAHCAT 8 (1-7) [Patsy Walker visits Jen]
ULTS4 8 (19-20) [End of day]
CA:SR 5 (10-11) [End of day]

Was hoping to get the following days all done as well, culminating in the confrontation of Banner, but I'll have to finish that tomorrow, there's more content there than I thought.

While I'm trying to get a brief outline of events at this point, once I've been over everything from Secret Wars to Civil War II and got an outline, I will be going over it all again in much more detail, starting with Civil War II. This event really is more complicated than it seems...

I was thinking, Wolvie, if you're going to do such a detailed panel by panel breakdown, maybe take note of the characters appearances as you go, then you can place them into the Issue Analysis section as well..

More work, but you certainly have the eye for detail. :)

PM&IF3 10-11 says it’s a little over a week since PM&IF3 9. PM&IF3 12 (1)-FB says it’s “several months ago” and happens before PM&IF3 6. The profiling plot could have been going for a while before Luke and Danny noticed it, so, whatever. PM&IF3 12 (2-7)-FB starts “one week ago” and fills in the difference to PM&IF3 12’s “now.” PM&IF3 13 is another week later. PM&IF3 14-FB starts on the same day as #13, is “19 days ago” and lasts two days. Doctor Voodoo appears in the “now” portion (same month as UA3 22). PM&IF3 15 (1-18) is the same day, and (19-20) is “days” later. The Heroes for Hire HQ is wrecked but they plan to rebuild it.

Apparently Jessica left Luke at some point before PM&IF3 13. Did that happen over in JESSICA JONES somewhere (#1 came out the same month as PM&IF3 9)? Do they get back together?

PM&IF@ 1 (same month as PM&IF3 11) happens at Christmas. Spider-Woman (same month as SW6 14) has already given birth, so not the previous Christmas. Luke and Jessica are still together. Hmn. Ms. Marvel, Punisher, Doctor Strange, Deadpool (& his daughter), Medusa and Spider-Man all cameo. Doctor Strange’s cloak is red, but it’s possible it’s been mis-colored (he’s not floating).

Jessica Jones goes undercover for Carol Danvers during JJ 1-6, which places a serious strain on her relationship with Luke. As part of her cover, Jessica is incarcerated in the Cellar, then has to break out. The story is tied to an event which occurred during CWII..

I did try doing this when I initially started but it was taking literally about 4 or 5 times as long, as a lot of these segments have dozens and dozens of characters in. Not something I'm doing at the moment, but is something I will do when I do my final Civil War II timeline.

Well anyway, I have the Project Pegasus fight as July 17th.

Here's what I've got for July 18th...

SCRW2 9 [Probably day after tragedy]
PM&IF3 6 (1-7) [Luke Cage and Iron Fist learn of the tragedy]
AFOR2 8-10 [Day after tragedy]
PM&IF3 6 (8-11) [Luke Cage and Iron Fist at Triskelion]
AOSHIELD 7 (7-17) [SHIELD searching for Stark]
PATSYWAHCAT 8 (8-20) [Day after tragedy]
UINHS 11 (7-20) [Inhumans attack Stark’s property]
UINHS 12 (1-4) [Medusa orders lockdown of New Attilan after Stark Tower falls]
AOSHIELD 7 (18-20) [End of day]
CWII 2 (13-21) [Evening; Heroes find Stark and see Hulk vision]

And for July 19th...

SM2 7 (1-17) [Miles has nightmares about Hulk vision]
SW6 10 (7-15) [Earlier in day]
SM2 7 (18-20) & 8 (1-14) [Heroes briefed on situation]
CWII 2 (22) [Carol enters Banner’s lab]
CWII 3 (2-3)-FB [Carol and Bruce talk]
CWII 3 (4-5)-FB ~ UA3 13 (1:1-1:2) [Bruce exits the lab to a massive gathering of heroes]
CWII 3 (6/7:3-6/7:7)-FB [Heroes tal to Banner]
CWII 3 (6/7:9-6/7:10)-FB [Talking continues]
CWII 3 (8:2-8:6)-FB [Talking continues]
CWII 3 (9:1-9:3)-FB [Heroes learn Bruce has been experimenting on himself]
CWII 3 (9:5-9:6)-FB [Talk becomes confrontational]
CWII 3 (9:7)-FB ~ CWII 3 (18:6)-FB [Bruce “You accuse me of--”]
CWII 3 (10/11:1)-FB [Hawkeye lets arrow loose]
CWII 3 (10/11:2)-FB ~ UA3 13 (1:3) [Arrow hits Banner]
CWII 3 (10/11:3-10/11:4)-FB [Heroes look on in despair]
UA3 13 (1:4) [Banner falls to the floor]
CWII 3 (10/11:6)-FB ~ CWII 3 (17:3)-FB [Banner lies on the floor]
CWII 3 (10/11:7)-FB ~ SM2 8 (15/16:1) [Tony and Carol stand shocked over the body]
CWII 3 (12:1)-FB [Heroes rush towards trees]
UA3 13 (1:5-1:7) [Heroes arrive at trees]
CWII 3 (12:2-13:1)-FB [Hawkeye surrenders]
CWII 3 (14:2-14:5)-FB [The heroes ask Hawkeye why]
UA3 13 (2) [SHIELD take Clint away]
CWII 3 (22:3)-FB ~ SM2 8 (15/16:2) [Tony “What was this?!”]
SM2 8 (15/16:3-17:4) [Heroes stand around in shock]
CWII 3 (22:4-22:5)-FB [Tony accuses Carol]
CWII 3 (22:6)-FB ~ SM2 8 (17:5) [Tony “Who’s next on your hit list?”]
CWII 3 (23:1-23:3)-FB [The Inhumans take Ulysses]
CWII 3 (23:4)-FB ~ SM2 8 (17:6) [Nova “I think I’m with Iron Man”]
CWII 3 (12:5)-FB [Tony and Carol continue arguing]
SM2 8 (17:7) [Tony holds Bruce’s body]
SW6 10 (16-20) [Jess calls Carol as Bruce’s body is taken away]
SM2 8 (18-20) [Heroes fly home in the Quinjet]
ANADA 14 [Wasp finds out as story shown on the news]
IIM2 12 [Stark sits in the ruins of Stark Tower]
IIM2 13 (1-10) [Continuation]
UINHS 12 (5-20) [Carol confronts Medusa about Stark Tower]
UINHS 13 [Continuation; Stark attacks New Attilan]
UINHS 14 [Continuation; Conclusion]
SW6 11 (1-11) [Bruce’s body in ME Office]

The placement of Uncanny Inhumans/Invincible Iron Man is something I'm a little unsure of, however I definitely think it fits best how I've laid it out here. I'm thinking of passing over the massive two month gap in action for now (to come back to when I'm doing my more detailed chronology of the event), and just looking at the events at the end of the Civil War, for now at least. When I am working on my more detailed chronology, I doubt I'll post regular updates as I have been, but will give a link to it when it's finished.

Should have this final section broken down by the end of today.

In DP&MFM2 1-3, the mercs are planning to quit working for Deadpool. In DP6 15 the mercs discover Deadpool has been skimming their pay, and in DP6 17 the mercs finally quit working for Deadpool.

As noted elsewhere, DP&MFM2 4-6 happen after UA3 9-12, but likely also after UA3 13-17. Deadpool’s HQ is starting to get fixed up in DP&MFM2 4-6. The HQ is fine by UA3 18-23.

So:

DP6 14
DP&MFM2 1-3 (before mercs quit)
DP6 15-18 (1-10) (mercs quit, HQ fine)
UA3 9-17 (HQ wrecked)
DP6 18 (11-20) (after HQ wrecked)
DP&MFM2 4-6 (HQ getting fixed)
UA3 18-23 (HQ fixed)

*

SW6 12 happens in the summer (probably late in the summer) and Spider-Woman goes to the beach. Captain Marvel is on TV doing a humanitarian tour in the wake of [something]. I'll assume it's in the wake of Stark's "death" and say it was a nice enough day to go to the beach in October.

I made some adjustments thanks to comments and added in a few things (like more SCRW2, SW6, P11 & DS4).

I didn’t include all of the “concurrent appearance” stuff because some of them weren’t published in the same month. CASR 5 came out three months after CWII 1, so anything that’s the same between those two books (for example) we wouldn’t list using the concurrent ~ because CASR 5 just repeats stuff that CWII 1 already told us three months ago. If they were published in the same month (like say, CWII 1 and DP6 14) then yes, they’re concurrent. It’s still good to know what’s repeated information, though.

Also, I moved CWII:OATH into the next batch.

NA4 12 (1-4)
DP6 14 (1-3:5)
CWII:GOW 1 (1-7)
CWII:CS 1/3 (1:1)
CWII:CS 1/2 (1-8)
DP6 14 (3:6-10&11:1)
CWII 1 (3-7) (“weeks” after CWII 1 (1-2)) [late June]
NA4 12 (5-7)
CWII:GOW 1 (8-14)
NO6 8 (1&2:1-1&2:3)
CWII 1 (8) ~ NO6 8 (1&2:4-1&2:12)
CWII 1 (9:1-9:2) ~ NA4 12 (8:1-8:2)
NA4 12 (8:3-8:4)
DP6 14 (10&11:2)
CWII 1 (9:3-9:4)

Having another look at GOTG4 18, i'm wondering if it shouldn't be broken up. Pages 1-2 seem fine where it's placed in this listing, but by the end of the issue, Angela sees the Annihilation Wave approaching beyond the moon. Maybe pages 3-20 should go immediately before issue 19 in the next list..?

A couple of small items should probably both be added immediately after GOTG4 18 (1-2)..

GOTG4 19 (1-3)-FB [Thanos meets with Annihilus, the Brood Queen, and others in the Negative Zone]
GOTG4 15 (1-3)-FB [Ben still in his tattered Guardians uniform, with no money, apparently in the aftermath of the battle]

---

Also, Civil War II: Choosing Sides 2/2 (7) ["Weeks Later" Tom Foster is released on parole from the Cellar]

This could possibly be placed after CWII:CS 6/2
