I've significantly revised the second half of this list, based on a re-reading of the Avengers and associated comics.

Looks that way. Another shake-up with regards to X-Men and Strange Tales, straightening out the sequence with Dr Strange, and his interaction with the X-Men.

I've moved the arrival of Captain Marvel much closer to the Birth of Franklin Richards, so i've changed the title of this section to Defeat of Galactus to Master Plan of the Mandarin.

Tales of Suspense 81-83
Tales of Suspense 79-80 was listed in the ENGAGEMENT OF REED & SUE TO DEFEAT OF GALACTUS list, but somehow you had not included Tales of Suspense 77-78 in that list. Since the whole Tales of Suspense 73-78 run spans approximately over one day and a half and that they were published in the first semester of 1966, I thought it best to include them in the other list. And that run is rather continuous. I know that you try to keep the integrity of the Marvels 3 timeline, but placing Tales of Suspense 79-80 before 77-78 kinda breaks the flow and storyline of the original comics.

As for Thor's run in Thor 131-133 which I did not include in the previous list, except for Thor taking back Hercules in Thor 131 (1-3:2), it needs to be broken down a bit because a lot happens during such a journey and it can't possible be done in a single day. He freakin' travels across galaxies! Here is a suggestion, but I only commented on Thor issues to explain why they were split this way:

Fantastic Four 50 (15 - 16)
Fantastic Four 50 (17:1 - 17:3) ~ Marvels 3 (42:1 - 42:2)

Fantastic Four 51
Amazing Spider-Man 37

Now this sequence contains many scenes that occur at the same time, but your list does not seem to reflect it. That sequence is rather complex because it deals with many arcs that are interconnected: Boomerang and the Secret Empire, Them and A.I.M., the Sub-Mariner and the Hulk in New York, the Cosmic Cube and the Sons of the Serpent. Whew! Allow me to show you the way I broke it down in an order that illustrates the storyline progression of these arcs:

After he saved her, Betty realizes the Hulk is not really evil. In a Secret Empire Meeting, Number Nine kills all other member except Number One who is absent. Hulk takes Rick and Gen. Ross to Betty.

Marvels 3 (43:5 - 45): Phil learns that Count Nefaria has taken over the city and that the X-Men are fighting him. People express their distrust of the X-Men.
X-Men 23: Passing as the X-Men, Nefaria's villains try to extort the City, but the Xavier tricks Nefaria and the bad guys get arrested. Marvel Girl announces that she has to leave the team.
Avengers 32 (10:5 - 20): Bill Foster is attacked by the Sons of the Serpent. Cap asks Nick Fury about them. Fury heard of them but he is too busy fighting A.I,M. to take care of it. They capture Cap and force the Avengers to refuse to help the authorities stop the Serpents.

Amazing Spider-Man 42-43 and Daredevil 20-23 are placed too far apart. They do happen simultaneously and Daredevil even makes an appearance in AMS 43 in the middle of the Daredevil 22 issue. I would place them right after X-Men 27 (6:6 - 8:2)-FB, but would not insert any other issues in between unless they are part of the same story. Here's how I break them down:

Daredevil 20: Matt Murdock is abducted by the Owl's goons so that he can represent Judge Lewis in the villain's court.
Amazing Spider-Man 42 (1-6:1): Foswell hears the news that Spider-Man has robbed a bank. Spores give John Jameson super-strength.
Amazing Spider-Man 42 (6:2-8-2): Foggy Nelson replaces Matt Murdock in court to defend Rhino because he is out of town. Narrative references Daredevil 21 where the hero is held prisoner by the Owl. Rhino breaks out of his cell.
Daredevil 21: Daredevil escapes the Owl and leaves the erupting volcanic island with Judge Lewis on a mechanical owl.
Amazing Spider-Man 42 (8-3-15:2): John Jameson tries to capture Spider-Man who barely escapes.
Amazing Spider-Man 42 (15-3-19): Later that night, Spider-Man confronts John Jameson and cures him of the spores.
Daredevil 22 (1-3:2): Daredevil safely lands the machine on mainland.
Amazing Spider-Man 42 (20): Next day, Peter meets Mary-Jane for the first time.
Amazing Spider-Man 43 (1-4:4): The Rhino goes on a rampage. Betty Brant announces her engagement with Ned. Peter has dinner with Mary-Jane.
Amazing Spider-Man 43 (4:5-4:6): Foggy Nelson and Matt Murdock discuss the escape of the Rhino.
Daredevil 22 (3:3-6): Foggy informs Karen that Spider-Man is trailing the Rhino. Daredevil searches the city to find the Owl.
Amazing Spider-Man 43 (4:6-14:3): Spider-Man goes after the Rhino who runs off thinking he defeated the hero.
Amazing Spider-Man 43 (14:4-15:6): While John Jameson recuperates at the hospital, Spider-Man analyses a fragment of the Rhino's hide with Dr. Connors.
Amazing Spider-Man 43 (15:7-19): Spider-Man defeats the Rhino by dissolving his armor.
Amazing Spider-Man 43 (20): Peter learns that Flash Thompson will join the army.
Daredevil 22 (7-12:3): Next day, the Masked Marauder and the Gladiator create the Tri-Man to defeat Daredevil and take over the Maggia.
Daredevil 22 (12:4-20): In the evening, the Tri-Man summons Daredevil in a boxing arena and they engage in a fight.
Daredevil 23: Daredevil manages to follow the Tri-Man who's being teleported by the Masked Marauder and gets rid of the robot and of the three stooges that animated it. The Masked Marauder sends the Gladiator and Daredevil to an arena before the Maggia in Europe where the Gladiator stops the fight after Daredevil saves his life from a lion. Daredevil leaves the arena with no resources to get back home.
Daredevil 24-25: Daredevil is stuck in Europe, helps clear Ka-Zar's name. In return, Ka-Zar helps Daredevil get back to America where the hero faces the deadly Leap-Frog and gets the fantastic idea to impersonate a twin brother. -- Get the sarcasm?
Daredevil 26 (15:4 - 15:6)-FB

The Hulk run that appears in your list between Daredevil 22 (1 - 3:2) and Daredevil 22 (3:3 - 20) is mostly continuous, spans over several days too long to be placed inside the Daredevil story IMHO, especially in the Hulk vs Abomination arc, and I would keep them together like you did. There is no immediate interaction with any of Hulk's characters, except for Gen. Ross who appears in Avengers 40 after this Hulk sequence, so it could go anywhere before that issue Therefore I would simply place Tales to Astonish 85/2-91/2 right after last item in this suggested list. Also, I've not read it but my guess is to keep Savage Hulk 1 (41 - 51)-FB right before the Hulk run?

Tales to Astonish 86-87 (conclusion of the Namor vs Krang long arc) should go right after Tales to Astonish 85 since it continues the same story. Tales to Astonish 88-91 can be anywhere before Avengers 40 (according to Official Index for Avengers), so I would place TTA 88-89 right after my above suggestion for the placement of Tales to Astonish 85/2-91/2. Might as well bring along the Alpha Flight 5/2-8/2, Sub-Mariner 14-FB and Strange Tales 147/2-150/2 that follow it in your list. For TTA 90-91, I'm addressing it in a later post. There is no immediate interaction with any other character before Avengers 40, so my suggested location the last two TTA segments is just an educated guess.
