Jane Foster or Night Nurse in CW:X 2?

In Civil War: X-Men 2 Cyclops calls Captain America in the aftermath of the battle seen in CW 3-4. Cap is receiving medical treatment from Night Nurse (it is clearly her for the characteristic clothing that also sported in Dr. Strange: The Oath), but it seems that instead of her Jane Foster has been listed (which in CW is seen working together with Night Nurse, but you can't see it here).
In addition, in CW 4, both are seen healing the injured (Linda with black hair and Jane blonde / brown), but even this does not appear in the Night Nurse chronology.
