It's listed CM3 31 (15 - 17:5)-FB for Marlo, but there's a double page, it should be CM3 31 (16 - 18:5)-FB

CM3 31 (16 - 18:5)-FB shows how Marlo introduces Mr. Fixit to her roommate Mona. Mona can't believe he's so strong.
At the end of IH2 350, the Beast summons Hulk to answer a call to all Avengers (to finish the Evolutionary War). Both must appear next in A@ 17.
In IH2 348, Marlo speaks with Mona about her first night with Mr. Fixit. Mona wants to know what he's like.
In WOSM 44, Mona phones Mr. Fixit to tell him Marlo has been wounded, and she's displeased because he doesn't care.
So a good placement for the FB could be just before WOSM 44.

M/CP 38/3 is misplaced for Mona : according to Hulk, it should be between IH2 354 and 355 (though I'm not sure where Mona is in M/CP 38/3).

Actually it is. In SENSH 29, Dr Sanderson uses a device to pick people in the past and bring them in front of She-Hulk during a trial. And so he brings a green Hulk from circa IH2 231 and a grey Hulk from circa IH2 355.

Yeah, we were going to try and figure out a notation for that sort of circumstance, but never managed to. IIRC, the problem was coming up with a notation that meaningfully identified which version was which, rather than just "this is a note that there's other versions somewhere in this issue."
