Not much to say about the MCP chronology, it's solid. I just have a few minor corrections.

UX 211 is split between pages 9 and 10, it should be between panels 10:1 and 10:2. 10:1 is still Storm and Magneto in front of the dead Morlock, 10:2 is the X-Men teleported in the tunnels by Illyana.

Considering Cyclops's optic blast in UX 211 and the cave-in preventing the two teams to meet, I would have dare a XF 10 (5:3 - 7:3) ~ UX 211 (17:3 - 18:3)

Magik has only NM 46 (1 - 8) in her listing, but there's time travel involved.
NM 46 (1 - 3) is Lockheed reacting when Shadowcat is wounded and the New Mutants realizing something is happening.
NM 46 (4 - 6:2) is Illyana teleporting to Muir Island to bring back Moïra, then back to Limbo, but Illyana realizes she has shifted back in time, so they can't return to the mansion until she's left it.
So NM 46 (6:2 - 7:1) is the X-Men and the Morlocks coming back to the Mansion. Past-Illyana is seeing that through security monitors, and decide to bring Moïra.
NM 46 (7:2 - 8) is Illyana and Moïra teleporting back to the mansion.
