Why is Baron Strucker placed, BTS, during SM 76-FB during the time when he was dead and sunk on Hydra Island?

SM 80 reveals Strucker is -BTS in SM 76-FB, because he's not mentioned at all in the issue. We'll need to add a | cf.
SM 76-FB says it happens "seven years ago" (from a comic published in 1997). Whatever, we can fudge that. It also happens on Christmas Eve. It obviously can't happen where it's currently placed.
Looking at StrayLamb's map, there's a Christmas after ST 145 (and before ST 145/2, a Dr. Strange story). I'll say place it before ST 150, while technically it's between ST 145-146.
