Killraven in UX@3 1

Killraven exists in an alternate future timeline. He can be visited at various points of his timeline and has himself traveled in time.

His appearance fighting Martians in Washington in UX@3 1 cannot take place after M/Z5 2 as the Martians leave Earth in that issue.
In his series, Killraven's band slowly makes its way through the United States because they move on foot. As such their chronological journey is also a geographical journey.

Part of the the scene in UX@3 1 (talking with time-traveling Eva Bell) is new but it takes place earlier in Killraven's timeline when he was in Washington fighting Martians in AA 22-23. From Killraven's dialog with Eva, we get that he's unfamiliar with the X-Men so this has to be earlier than M/TU 45 & A4 3-6 & ANINV 10-15 where he meets several super-heroes and lives in the present era.

His appearances in ANINV 10-15 occur after his A4 1-6 appearance.
