Max Fury

The wiki seems to think that Max Fury, the LMD from the first Secret Avengers series, is the first Nick Fury LMD from Defenders #46-51. The MCP has two different listings. Has this been discussed in the board?

The flashbacks in SECA 5 pretty clearly show that the Nick Fury LMD in DEF 46-51 is Max Fury from SECA. I'm not sure why we have separate listings, but they should be combined.

Some corrections on DEF 44-51.

I will come back later to a big problem that StrayLamb noticed in this thread: in DEF 51 (1 - 5), Nick Fury says that when SHIELD agents used drugs on Jack Norris to make him speak, he was "trying to prevent an assassination attempt on Jimmy Carter" in M/TIO 26-27.
DEF 51 (4:2 - 4:3)-FB: When he finds out, he shouts at the agents and frees Jack.
Then in DEF 44, Jack believes that Fury is still after him, but that's the Nick Fury L.M.D.

This means that DEF 44-51 should be put after M/TIO 26-27, and that means changing a lot of listings.
So before I go there, I have a question: was this overlooked by the various indexes, or did they find a way around it?
