Rachel Carpenter's custody

In AWC 84 (14:1)-FB, Rachel's custody is given to her father before Julia betrays Freedom Force for the Avengers in A@ 15, but in IM 214 Larry decides to sue after A@ 15. Julia has AWC 84 (14:1)-FB after IM 214 but it's the opposite for Rachel and Larry.

I'm inclined to go with the FB being misremembered and correct Rachel and Larry's listings, what do you think?

AWC 84 (14:3)-FB retells A@ 15, and AWC 84 (14:4 - 14:5)-FB retells IM 214.

PPSSM 125 (10:7)-FB shows Julia taking orders from Clemson.
