Providing a reference is necessary to understand the placement of this flashback which was not meant to be a flashback in the original story. But the ordering of the events in TTA 44 was retconned in Avengers Origins: Ant-Man & the Wasp 1.

NOTE: I doubt that I used the right title code for the reference. I'm pretty sure this code is for another series from 2011 called Ant-Man and the Wasp. I could not find the Avengers Origins: Ant-Man & the Wasp title in your Key page so please change it. However, if that series is absent from your list because it is not canon, then we can't otherwise assume that TTA 44 (5:7 - 6:6) is a flashback so the line should be removed.

Avengers Origins: Ant-Man & Wasp has been considered non-canon and figures in the "Out-of continuity" list. So yes, the line should be removed.
