I see your point with Stark Industries renamed Stark International in IM 72, but Tony speaks of the return of the Black Lama, and in the FB he knows the Black Lama is an alien and that his mind was damaged by staying on Earth : Tony only learned that in IM 80.

So I would place the FB between IM 82 (1 - 5) and IF 1.

It's worth noting that Happy Hogan rejoins Stark Industries in Iron Man #71, and Stark Industries is still called Stark Industries at this point. However, in Iron Man #72, the company is renamed Stark International. Therefore, the flashback scene you mentioned can be narrowed down to Iron Man #71 or #72.

In Iron Man #71, the characters involved are the Black Lama/King Jerald, Happy Hogan, and Iron Man. In Iron Man #72, Whiplash is also present in the flashback scene.
