Googling tells me the whole thing was out at about the time of War of the Realms #1, so preliminary placement would be in Secret Empire to WotR.
I made a note on the placement of Jessica Jones: Blind Spot & JJ: Purple Daughter in the Secret Empyre to War of the Realms chronology..

The Defenders series before Defenders Beyond should happen very soon after Betty stops appearing in Immortal Huk (when Strange's Tarot deck summons her she says "I was busy"). Dr. Strange is alive. I think it refers back to Chavez in US of America Chavez, but I might be mixing that up with Defenders Beyond as I read them back to back. It's after Marvel 1000 for Masked Raider.

Savage Avengers 20: Peter is still Spider-man. Rhino tells civilians "Vote Fisk!" .
21: Could be any amount of time after 20. Emma Frost visits Conan at the Hellfire Club. Then Conan fights Blaze Ghost Rider.
22: Conan and Blaze go through bad dreams, courtesy of Nightmare. Then Conan visits still alive Dr. Strange.
23: Starts before or during 22 with Strange mystically curing allies of Kulan Gath's curse. Shown are Elektra in her Daredevil costume, Voodoo at Strange Academy, Venom sat at the symbiote spire, Wolverine out in snow, and...Blade(?) in a Japanese paper walls type room. When Conan arrives, Strange kills Shuma Gorath, then the City of Sickles appears over New York.

24: Strange summons Spidey (still Pete), X-Men and Avengers.
X-Men include Rogue, Sunfire, Polaris, Synch and Laura-Wolverine.
Avengers are Cap, Iron Man, Thor, Carol, Robbie Ghost Rider, Blade, Black Panther and still bulky She-Hulk.
When reinforcements come they are Doom, Hellstrom, Logan-Wolverine, Black Knight (Dane), Elektra as DD, Magik (classic look), Voodoo, Juggernaut and Black Widow.
Kulan Gath wins, then we move decades ahead and Kang appears.

25: Kang and Conan time-travelling.
26: Back to the first multi-heroes vs KG Savage Avengers battle. Kang brings allies from, presumably, whenever he wants, including Elektra in DD costume, Black Widow, classic Magik, Dane Whitman, Juggernaut.
27: KG beaten, heroes celebrate with dinner at Doom's - when is not specified. Conan and Kang travel back to KG's childhood.
28: Starts in KG's childhood, then Kang goes back to the celebration dinner and tells everyone he left Conan behind, but the end of the issue shows Conan is still in present day.

Then SWORD #8, in the general 'non-X' list has ONLY the end of Avengers 45 before it. Was there really nothing else that could be put in those 8+ days? That's like 3 months of comics with current decompression. I guess if SWORD 8 can move lower then the upper part of the non-X list can be in those 2 weeks?
Well, these issues at least will probably go in that gap..

Some Thor.

15 is soon after the end of PREY, in 14. Thor visits the in-action Avengers, who still include bulky She-Hulk, Blade and (Robbie) Ghost Rider. He leaves misbehaving Mjolnir with them at the mountain.

16 has some possible gap after that, though in this time he'd be appearing without Mjolnir. Thor talks with Jane on Earth, then after they fight Wrecking Crew he's summoned to Vanaheim, along with Odin, by Freyja & Angela. Leading straight into

17, where they talk and fight monsters. Ends with Cap calling Thor to tell him Mjolnir is gone.

18 has a small window after 17. Thor recruits Throg, who already put his own team together "4 days ago", so I guess this is 4+ days after Mjolnir was taken, as Throg knows that's what this is about. He's shown to have recruited Lockheed from a wooden ship that Kate Pryde is on, and Bats from the Sanctum of still living Dr. Strange.

19, unknown time later, but seems like it would be very little, has Sif telling Thor "Bill is back now". Thor Bifrosts to 'The Gauntlet', where Angela took Odin away to in 17. Thor & Odin then travel to Nidavellir, leading straight into

20, where Loki then pulls them to Jotunheim, before they go to Broxton and are faced with Mjolnir, leading straight into

21 where there's fighting that continues into

22, where Beta Ray Bill and allies arrive, including Thing & Reed, Cap, Iron Man and Ben Reilly Spider-Man. Goes right into

23 where this story ends. Page 17 (or 18 if the title page counts?) is "4 months later", and Thor has been asleep the whole time.

24 could possibly have some days after 23, but is the aftermath, with a funeral.
Present here are Celestials, Uatu, Silver Surfer, Rocket & Groot, Thing, Cap, Panther, Jane, Cosmic Ghost Rider and Clea in Sorceror Supreme costume.
We get a view here of Asgard that's missing the head/helmet of Galactus, though it isn't visible in any of these issues.

At one point past Loki appears in the 6th universe, visiting Taaia, who doesn't know him. Loki is talking about something he's just glanced, quoted as during "Agent of Asgard #17". He then checks in on Verity, "now", before looking in on the funeral, where he switches to female Loki, then is shown back with Taaia in the 6th universe. He asks Taaia to contact Dr. Strange, who she knows from her first Defenders appearance, and they depart to appear in Defenders Beyond.

Issue ends with a cliffhanger...

I forgot to add that when Thor talks with Freyja they refer to Thor knowing about Phoenix being his mother (though later they refer to his Earth-powers being from his mother Gaea), so it's after the Phoenix arc in Avengers. Was that before King In Black anyway?

Seems like, then:

World War She-Hulk
Ben becomes Spider-Man
Reckoning War?
This arc of Thor

4 months of no Thor
Death of Dr. Strange in the 4 months
Defenders Beyond

among other things.
And the previous arc of Thor was not long before this one, AND Beta Ray Bill starts at the end of King In Black and ends (based on Odin) before this run of Thor.

I don't know how/why Surfer is not with Galactus in the 4 months later part.

That's right.

Reckoning War goes well after the Death of Doctor Strange and is also after Devil’s Reign. Thor also appears during the Death of Doctor Strange. according to your notes, and a quick look at the issues, the story begins while Robbie Reyes is still with the Avengers, and Doc Strange is still alive, then moves thru Ben Reilly as Spider-Man, to finish after Clea becomes Sorcerer Supreme.

I would ignore the early placement of Thor 15, as Thor’s just said his memory’s shot, and Cap is just wondering where he’s going with this.

I would say She-Hulk is just her normal green self, but in a spare costume, and it’s already apparent that Blade still joins the Avengers on occasions, so Thor 15 could go pretty soon before Robbie Reyes disappears in Avengers 50. Thor then continues to either collect Mjolnir for use thru Avengers 51-54, or he’s using another hammer.

Thor 16-17 would then go after Avengers 54. The Thor 18 (14 - 18)-FB would go immediately before the Death of Dr Strange, with Thor once again either collecting Mjolnir for use during his appearances here, or using another hammer. Thor 18-23 (1 - 16) would then occur immediately after the Death of Dr Strange.

Thor makes no more appearances after the Death of Doctor Strange, and is absent during Devil’s Reign, where he’s said to be “off-planet,” allowing for his absence over the next few months.

Thor 23 (17 - 22)-24 than takes place between the end of Devil’s Reign and Defenders Beyond.

Black Widow 6: Anything from days to...weeks or months after #5. Nat fights lackeys of Apogee, and rescues Lucy, who she encountered 6 days earlier.

7: 'A few days' since last issue. p7-8 are "6 days ago", with Nat recruiting Spider-Girl (Anya) to go undercover.

8: Starts the morning after 7. And goes straight into...

9: Covers a day, straight into...

10: Hawkeye (Kate) turns up to help. Apogee is beaten.

11: Apogee was dealt with "recently". Nat is told about the "forthcoming" Golden Gate Gala - days away? Weeks?

12: Enough time has passed since 11 that Nat's request to find Stevie and his dad has got back to Bucky (again - days, or weeks?). Day of the gala. Bucky & Hawkeye (Clint) are part of the team. Issue ends with Nat facing The Living Blade.

13: All flashback to Nat vs. The Living Blade, in Madripoor, from the time (years ago) when Black Widow was (regularly?) there.

14-15: Continuous from the end of 12. Apogee has been a prisoner for...some...time. Story concludes.

Captain Marvel 37-41 can't be too long after the previous issues, due to Binary's learning curve, and Amora's scheme for revenge. Spectrum, Binary, Lauri-ell, Hazmat, Spider-Woman, She-Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, Tiger Shark, MODOK, Agatha Harkness, Amora the Enchantress, Scarlet Witch, Satana, Alriac, Brother Voodoo, and Magik appear. These issues take place over several days or a week, during which time Spider-Woman and Binary have several adventures. On page 9 of issue 38, the hotdog vendor mentions that the panel in which Binary is eating hotdogs on page 6 was "a week ago."

Captain Marvel 2022 Annual 1 sees Carol taking off into space to rescue Bean and the Starjammers. Carol is said to be off-planet during the latter part of Devil's Reign, and rescuing Bean would certainly take priority for her. There's a nice little break in the action of Devil's Reign just before Carol's said to be off-planet in Devil's Reign 3 (4 - 21), and this is a good place to have a "meanwhile, in outer space..." episode.

Hulkling & Wiccan 1, which is a print form of Hulkling and Wiccan Infinity Comic 1-4, seems to be set fairly soon after the events of Empyre, so i've placed it in the Empyre to King in Black Chronology.

I've placed Timeless 1 just before the earliest of the scenes shown on Kang's monitors, some of which will happen, and some of which won't happen, due to the fluctuating timeline. The flashback to Petrov's first meeting with Kang happens a week earlier.

This list grew too large, so i've had to split it into King in Black to Death of Dr Strange & Death of Dr Strange to AXE: Judgment Day. I also moved across the relevant posts, so the main list now appears below a number of topics instead of at the beginning.

I've added in Shang-Chi 1-5, Legend of Shang-Chi 1, Shang-Chi II 1-12, and Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings 1-6. I've also moved Marvel's Voices: Identity II 1-1/3 to go along with these additions. Although the publication of these issues takes place over a long period, the story takes place completely within the few months after King in Black. Shang-Chi: Master of the Ten Rings 1 followed hot on the heels of Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings 6, but there's an indefinite break between the issues with not outside references, so that can happily be placed after AXE: Judgment Day.
