Daredevil in Marvel Age 1000

Murdock is a lawyer in NYC. His senses overwhelm him.
He goes to see an expert doctor.
At the restaurant with Foggy, a waiter says, "This is on the house. Anything for Daredevil."
When he sees the doctor a second time as DD, he doesn't try to hide his identity.

So this is when his identity is public (2002- 2016) before he is disbarred and has to leave NYC, and before Nelson gets hospitalized for cancer treatment (DD3 24, May 2013). And probably before Murdock's forced to abandon pleading in court (DD3 1-3).
