What makes us think the YAP 3 app isn't the Doombot?

In YAP 3 Wanda's sons Speed and Wiccan are unsuccessfully searching for her. Her app here is only a cameo telling us that she's actually in Wundagore.

As indicated above A:CC tells us that she was a Doombot in NA 26. (Really it's A:CC 6 that is most specific about it, and that covers X2 204/2 as well.) In A:CC 2-3 the robot is uncovered and destroyed.

Now Hawkeye's app with 'Wanda' in NA 26 is before FSON:CA while Speed's app in YAP 3 is after FSON:IM. This suggests to me that YAP 3 is later than NA 26. And therefore that the Wanda in the Wundagore village there is also the Doombot.

I've put YAP 3 between X2 204/2 and NA 53 because:-
For Hulkling YAP 3 is after FF 556, which for the FF is after World War Hulk.
For Beast X2 204/2 is before World War Hulk.
Meanwhile for Hulkling YAP 3 is before FF 562 which for the FF is before Secret Invasion.
While NA 53 is definitely after Secret Invasion.
