Is it only me that thinks this is an 'impossible tale'? Not only doesn't it fit where we have it (just before NA@ 2) but it doesn't fit anywhere (thanks again Brian B!).
Iron Fist and Spider-Woman have a long affair during their New Avengers run. The bulk of the affair could occur before she switched acrimoniously to the Mighty Avengers. But the end of the affair definitely happens in the period when Ronin (Clint Barton) and Maya Lopez are on the team and they're all living with Dr Strange in his Sanctum. Which places that scene between NA 32 and NA@ 2.
I can just about accept Ms Marvel is having a meal with the team in that scene. She's several times shown her sympathies by openly not arresting the outlaws when she could, so she might have been secretly fraternising with them as well.
But would they really be chummy with Spider-Woman after she betrayed them in NA 32? Luke Cage believes she's a Skrull for goodness sake, and he's happy with his pal Danny Rand dating her!
Surely this is a What If in some parallel timeline.
