Red Skull in CA 367

Currently, we have the Red Skull's appearances in A 313 and AWC 55 as taking place prior to CA 367 and Captain America's appearances in A 313 and AWC 55 taking place after CA 367. The reason for the contradiction is that the Skull appears in A 313 and AWC 55, which conclude the Acts of Vengeance crossover, but he gets kidnapped by Magneto in CA 367, which takes place prior to the end of Acts of Vengeance. However, this contradiction was actually explained. Several readers wrote in to point out this problem, and Gruenwald realized they screwed up, so he wrote the story in A@19/3. In it, it's explained that the Skull in A 313 and AWC 55 was a robot- one of Machinesmith's creations, which he sent as part of a contigency plan the Skull had in the event of his disappearance. So A 313 and AWC 55 should take place after CA 367, and the Skull be listed as behind the scenes, not making an actual appearance.
