Blob, Pyro and Avalanche in CA 339

Currently,we have Blob's, Pyro's and Avalanche's appearances in CA 339 after XF 31. The problem is that Famine's appearance in CA 339 occurs between XF 25 and XF 26. And before someone suggests that maybe it's possible that Blob's, Pyro's and Avalanche's appearances in the book take place much later than Famine's appearance, that really doesn't work. The sequence of events is this- John and Lemar run into Blob, Pyro and Avalanche, who are bragging about the X-Men's deaths in UX 227, then they get called in and told to go after Famine. However, Steve and Dennis defeat Famine, and when John and Lemar get to the site of the battle, they're surprised nobody is there. Blob's, Pyro's and Avalanche's appearances HAVE to take place the same day Famine is defeated- otherwise John and Lemar would have to be idiots to wonder why Famine isn't there.
I think the reason why CA 339 is placed after XF 31 is because in CA 339 Blob, Pyro and Avalanche are back from Dallas and in NM 65 and XF 30 and 31, they're still in Dallas. The simplest solution would be assume that shortly after UX 227, somebody in the government called them back from Dallas to Washington and then changed their mind and sent them back to Dallas for NM 65 and XF 30 and 31. Thus, Blob's, Pyro's and Avalanche's appearances would take place between UX 227 and NM 65.
