Karnilla in UX@ 9

Currently, we have Karnilla's appearance in UX@ 9 placed before her appearance in BLDR 1. This is problematic. In UX@ 9, the X-Men and New Mutants try to find Balder, but he's absent because he's on a journey to Hel to rescue the mortal souls that Hela stole. This is a reference to T 360-361. In Balder's chronology, T 360-361 take place between BLDR 1 and BLDR 2. Therefore, UX@ 9 should take place between BLDR 1 and BLDR 2 in Karnilla's chronology.

The '09 Index also has Haag appearing in UX@ 9, prior to Balder #1. If we're moving Karnilla to between Balder #1-2, we should move Haag as well ... but what's her next apperance after Balder #1? The MCP doesn't list her during this era at all.

I think Haag appeared after this in Thor 399-400, but I'm not sure if she made any appearances between UX@ 9 and Thor 399.
