And that's it. The whole extra-sized issue is just Hank lying in his bed with the bald man "filling his head" with images/impressions of possible futures from a myriad of realities which McCoy has (allegedly) destroyed by bringing the X-Men from the past into the present.

It should be noted that the bald visitor in McCoy's bedroom is depicted as being human-sized for almost all of the issue. Only for one panel on the last page is he shown to be the Watcher and then he's gone, leaving open the possibility that Hank was just dreaming/hallucinating him.
