S&L 3 and the Hulk's cave
Arguing over the Hulk's cave as the story requires Banner returning to the cave after a lifetime and then destroying it. The problem being that the cave reappears after it was supposed to be flooded.

The entire run has been indexed with Moon Knight BTS and a VO from his doctor. I see more appearances from Moon Knight, his doctor, nurses and even Khonshu and other Egyptian deities.

Ka-Zar

*chronology of the time-displaced Captain America from Hulk 282. The only way we can have two Captain Americas at the same time without anyone noticing is that one is with regular troops in France, by himself, without news from his regular handlers. He carries on with his unit, secretly changing into Captain America when needed. So all appearances with Bucky, the Invaders, or missions abroad cannot be in his timeline.
